  • What if I operate more than one website?

  • You can add as many websites to your affiliate account as you wish. Furthermore, you can create different campaigns for all of your websites so that you have full control over your sign ups and revenue statistics per website.


  • Are there any fees or hidden costs associated with joining the Programme?

  • How long does it take to get approved?

  • As an approved affiliate you will have access to banners and other marketing tools which are all specially coded with your unique affiliate id. This allows us to track which players are referred by you. Our tracking software makes use of cookie tracking to tag players you refer to our product websites for the first time. To Play Affiliates uses advanced affiliate programme management software to provide detailed reports and statistics to help you make the most of the Affiliate Programme. Please Note: the cookie lasts 30 days, but this is dependent on individual computer and security settings.


  • What are tags and how do they work?

  • Tags are randomly generated sequences of alphanumerical code, which are attached to all your banners, e-mails and other promotional material. When a player visits the casino for the first time the tag is captured and logged. These tags will inform us that you have referred the player and enable us to track commissions to you for the player.


  • Are there any countries that players are restricted to play from?

  • How often are the stats updated?

  • Views and clicks are updated in real time. Sign up and revenue reports are updated once a day (between 6 - 6:30 am Central European Time).


  • Do you offer real time statistics?

  • Yes. Views and clicks are updated in real time. 


  • How long is the cookie duration?

  • The cookie duration is currently set to 30 days. If a potential customers clicks on one of your banners /text-links he will be assigned to your affiliate account even if he decides to sign up 30 days after the click. Please note that the cookie can be overwritten if the potential customer clicks on another affiliate banner/text-link in the meantime. 


  • Can I update my account information or contact details?

  •  Your account information and contact details can be changed once you have logged into the To Play Affiliate Programme.


  • How often are your payment cycles?

  • We pay affiliates on a monthly basis, provided the minimum amount is reached and a payment method has been provided. Payments will be made by the 10th business day of the following month.


  • What currencies can I be paid out in?

  • The base currency of the affiliate programme is Euros, but if you talk to your affiliate manager we may be able to accommodate other requests.


  • Is there a minimum I have to earn to get paid?

  • Minimum payment is set at €100. Should you earn less than this amount; the balance will be carried over to the following month.


  • What happens if my players show negative earnings?

  • If you have negative earnings, it means that the customers you referred are winning more than they are losing. In this instance you don’t make a profit from those customers until the account goes into positive earnings again. Please note that all your referred players are factored in when it comes to the calculation of your commission.


  • How and when will I get paid?

  • We aim to process affiliate payments by the 7th working day after the end of the previous month. Times can vary according to payment method, cheques/checks, for example, can take more time depending on your location. Commission payments shall be effected by one of the following methods:

i.      Cheque

ii.      Swift

iii.      Moneybookers

iv.      Neteller


*It is the responsibility of the affiliate to select the method of payment.


  • How are commissions calculated?

  • The default commission structure is derived by calculating the total wagers less pay-outs or winnings, admin fees and bonuses given to players. The remaining amount is the casinos net income & your commission is calculated on this amount. Commissions are calculated by adding the income for all your referred players for the month and applying the applicable commission percentage. 

    Each calendar month you will receive a percentage of the revenue generated from all of the customers referred by you, based on the collective Net Revenue in the month.

  • We reserve the right to exclude any site from participating in our affiliate programme. Sites which are aimed at minors, promote violence, illegal activities, child pornography or any other content that we believe to be undesirable will be excluded from participation. Adult content is acceptable as long as it is aimed at an adult market.

  • Progressive Jackpot Tickers are banners with dynamic content that displays the current value of a particular progressive jackpot.


  • How do I get banners & how do I use them on my site?

  • Simply login to the affiliate programme and access the marketing tools. Once you have chosen which banner you would like to use, copy the code associated to the banner and add the code onto the correct section of your site’s html. The banner will be hosted by To Play Affiliates but display on your site.


  • Do you have a policy for Spam?

  • Spam is Illegal. Spam laws may vary from country to country; however To Play Affiliates has strict rules regarding spam and prohibits spamming of any type. You need to be aware that our clients are liable to incur expenses in dealing with spam generated mail and these same expenses will be deducted from your account if our client seeks recourse. In this instance the amount determined by the client will be fair and deemed final and acceptable based on good faith and such amount will be collectable by law and deemed to have been accepted by you as fair and reasonable and as agreed to by registration as an affiliate of To Play Affiliates. If these expenses are not covered by funds in your account we reserve the right to investigate alternative means for obtaining payment, for example: should your account have generated purchasing accounts we will hold payment of commission for these accounts until such a time as the account for damages has been cleared. If your account is not active and generating profit through commission payments, we reserve the right to demand payment from the account holder. We may terminate the affiliate agreement immediately if there is any form of spamming or if you advertise our client’s products in any other way that contravenes our Terms and Conditions. 


  • Can I get my commission paid into my casino player account?

  • Yes – simply contact the affiliate management team and make a request for your commission to be paid to your player account.


  • What happens if one of my referred players wins a progressive jackpot & how does it affect my earnings?

  • Progressive Jackpot wins have no effect on your affiliate revenue.


  • What is a sub-affiliate and how do I register them?

  • “Sub-Affiliates” are affiliates other than you that promote our Casinos client underneath you; i.e. they were guided to sign up as affiliates through your marketing efforts. In other words, you promote our Partner Casino to prospect players and our Affiliate System to Prospect Affiliates (like you). Sub-Affiliates work as a tiered programme. Under such plan, you – the “Parent” Affiliate – get a percentage of the Net Profit generated by any sub-affiliate (child) you signed up, yet Sub-Affiliates are not deducted anything from their earnings and are paid at the standard rate.   • What reporting is available?

  • The reports available are Statistics by Casino, Statistics by Banner, Current Earnings, Historical Earnings Summary, Payment History, Affiliate Ledger and Tier Earnings.


  • What information is contained in the reports?

  • The following key metrics are reported: clicks, signups, initial deposits, depositors, withdrawals, gross win, chargebacks, & net win – this data can be pulled per banner, or per Lucky247 Casino (online or mobile).


  • How do I track my earnings?

  • Once your affiliate account has been approved you will be supplied a login and password which can be used to access the password protected report section of the To Play Affiliate Programme. In the reporting section an affiliate is able to view their financial statistics including current earnings.


  • What are clicks?

  • "Clicks" refers to the collection of clicks made from your site on any marketing tool and ultimately results in visits to any of our Casinos. Clicks are presented in reports as a statistical piece of information to help you track your business.


  • What are signups?

  • “Signups” refers to any redirected visitors that actually sign up in our Casino. Specific criteria to deem a signup valid may be stated in the Affiliate Programme or our Terms and Conditions, and if specified, may change from time to time.


  • What are initial deposits?
